new site!!

finally!!! the new site is up. still working on it (including a new blog), but it's up. yay!! i've been working hard, so i have many posts to catch up on. if you get a chance, check out the new site ... tammiethessing.com and let me know whatcha think about it so far.

What have I been up to lately?

Wow, it has been a while since I have blogged ... for good reason, though. Things have been so busy and on top of that, I'm working on revamping the website - so I AM still here - but my website will be down for a brief amount of time. This Summer has just flown by and it looks as if Fall will do the same. I can't wait to share everything that has been going on, including more weddings in Houston, more weddings in Colorado and an upcoming destination wedding in Mexico!

Nicole & Asa

Nicole and Asa were married in Vail on a beautiful - HOT - sunny day. They hired Morgan Lynn Photography to shoot the festivities and I was able to help out. Wow! Is all I have to say. Everything was absolutely stunning. But don't take my word for it ...

Tania and Ralph

Tania and Ralph were married at Mt. Vernon Event Center in Golden, CO and is another wedding in which I was able to work with MORGANLYNNPHOTOGRAPHY.
It was such a beautiful day for an outdoor wedding! Tania and Ralph had a lot of personal touches in their decor and the colors were absolutely gorgeous. Here are a few of my favorites.

June Strobist Meetup

I've been so busy lately, I've been slacking on the blog posting. The Colorado Strobists met up in Wyoming recently to shoot on a beautiful farm. It was a little drive to get there, but very much worth it - especially with all of the awesome food we had available. The sky was perfect and I couldn't get enough of it. Here are some of my favorites from the day of Andie Lash - Model Mayhem #625101. Andie was so great to work with. And I think you'll agree, she photographs beautifully.

Scott & Jessica

Scott and Jessica were married recently in Arkadelphia and couldn't ask for a more beautiful weekend! We were able to be there for all of the activities, part of which involved a very large houseboat on the lake with lots and lots of yummy food. The perfect weekend. They are both truly blessed with awesome family and friends. At the end of the ceremony, Jessica surprised Scott by changing their recessional song to a "sweet" little ditty by U2. Unfortunately, until I can post a slideshow that plays music, you'll have to hum aloud.
